3. When the Clock Starts
The delivery clock begins only when all of the following are complete:
| Requirement | Description |
|---|---|

| You have submitted company information for website content |
4. When the Clock Pauses
The delivery clock pauses during the following periods:
| Pause Event | Description |
|---|---|
| Time spent waiting for you to send company information | |
| Time spent waiting for you to approve the concept design | |
| Time spent waiting for you to provide amendment requests |
These pauses are not counted toward your delivery timeline. You will never be penalized for taking time to review your project.
5. What “3 Working Days” Looks Like

7. Late Delivery
Scenario 1: Client Special Request
If you submit a confirmation that includes a special request (any request beyond your original selected blueprint options):
We will confirm receipt of your request
Upon our confirmation, you will be notified of the additional time required to fulfill the request
The delivery clock will be extended accordingly
No refund will be issued for delays caused by client special requests
Scenario 2: Our Technical Issue (No Client Request)
If a delay is caused solely by our team due to server or technical issues, and:
You have submitted no special requests
All content and approvals were provided on time
The delay is not caused by any external factor
Then:
You may be eligible for a partial refund as outlined in our Refund Policy
The refund amount is 30% of the package price paid
Scenario 3: Force Majeure
Delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (internet outages, natural disasters, third-party service failures, etc.) do not qualify for refunds.
8. Late Delivery Summary
| Scenario | Refund? | Additional Time |
|---|---|---|
| Client special request | ||
| Our technical issue (no client request) | ||
| Force majeure |
9. Page Length & Section Limits
Starter Blueprint
Your Starter Blueprint landing page includes:
1 landing page
Header + Footer
5–6 content sections (rows)
This structure is research-backed for optimal conversion, user engagement, and mobile performance. Most visitors scroll no further than 5–6 sections — adding more reduces focus without improving results.
Growth Blueprint
Your Growth Blueprint website includes:
6 pages (1 landing page + 5 subpages)
Each page follows the same structure: Header + Footer + 5–6 content sections
Need More Than 5–6 Sections?
If you require additional sections beyond the included limit:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Extra Section Add‑On | Purchase additional content sections per page |
| Upgrade to Growth Blueprint | Full multi‑page website with consistent section limits |
Please contact us through the support portal for pricing and availability.
Why 5–6 Sections?
| Factor | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Attention span | Average visit duration is 54 seconds — most visitors don’t scroll beyond 5–6 sections |
| Mobile performance | Over 60% of traffic is mobile; shorter pages load faster and perform better |
| Conversion data | Landing pages with 5–7 sections consistently outperform shorter or longer pages |
| Industry standard | Professional service landing pages typically use 5–7 sections |
This is not a restriction — it’s intentional design for better results.
10. Maximum Content Preparation Time
Default period: 30 calendar days (excluding weekends)
During this time, you may submit your website content at your own pace. Your delivery clock has not yet started.
Reminder schedule:
Day 10: First reminder
Day 20: Second reminder
Day 25: Final warning (5 days to submit or request extension)
Extension requests: Open a ticket in the support portal before day 30.
Cancellation: If no content is received, no extension is requested, and you do not respond to reminders by day 30, Blueprint reserves the right to cancel the order. No refund will be issued.
11. Policy Acknowledgment
By placing an order with Blueprint, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Delivery Policy, including the page length and section limits outlined above.
