1. Introduction

Welcome to Blueprint (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of website design packages.

By placing an order with Blueprint, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


2. Our Services

Blueprint provides professional website design services through a self-order kiosk model. Clients select from curated packages, color collections, font pairings, and layout designs.

We offer two packages: 

Package Pages Delivery (Working Days) Amendments
Starter Blueprint 1 Landing Page 3 working days 1 round
Growth Blueprint 1 Landing Page + 5 Sub Pages 5 working days 2 rounds


3. Ordering Process

All orders are placed through our self-order kiosk on the Blueprint website. By completing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood the package details
  • You have selected your preferred color collection, font pairing, and layout design
  • You will provide accurate information for your website


4. Delivery Timeline

Our delivery timeline is measured in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

The delivery clock begins only when:

  • You have completed ordering and payment
  • You have provided all required content (all relevant company information)

The clock pauses during:

  • Waiting for client to send content
  • Waiting for client to approve concept design
  • Waiting for client to confirm amendments

Client delays are not counted toward the delivery timeline.

5. Communication Policy

All communication between Blueprint and clients shall occur exclusively through the following channels:

  • Live chat transcript
  • Ticketing system (support portal)
  • Email (support@blueprint.com.my)

We do not attend or entertain any physical meetings for any purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • In-person consultations
  • On-site visits
  • Coffee meetings
  • Any face-to-face gatherings

This policy ensures:

  • All communication is documented and tracked
  • Response times are consistent
  • Your project moves forward without delays
  • Both parties have clear records of all discussions


6. Amendments

Starter Blueprint: Includes 1 round of amendments. During this round, you may submit feedback or re-select from our color collections, font pairings, or layout designs.

Growth Blueprint: Includes 2 rounds of amendments. During each rounds, you may submit feedback or re-select from our color collections, font pairings, or layout designs.

Additional amendment rounds are available upon purchased add-on services for amendments. Please refer to our Add-On Services – Eshop


7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide all required content within reasonable timeframes (recommended in 24-48 hours)
  • Respond to concept approval requests (recommended in 24 hours)
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback during amendment rounds
  • Communicate all project-related matters through our support portal


8. Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time of order. We accept payments via FPX and E-Wallets (to be confirm). All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Early adopter pricing is limited to the first 5 clients per package and may be withdrawn at any time.


9. Hosting and Domain

Your package includes one year of hosting and domain registration (renewal: RM350/year).

After the first year, hosting and domain renewal is due annually. Failure to renew may result in website downtime or domain expiration.


10. Add-On Services

If you purchase the Add-On Services:

  • Each service items will have different delivery time, it is a standalone working time that extended if run together with the website development.
  • Each service items will stated the relative amendments times.
  • Each service items will stated the description and function.
  • Refund or changes of service items is not allowed upon payment completed.


11. Intellectual Property

Upon order completed, you own all rights to the final website design and code. Blueprint retains the right to display the completed website in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project in question.


13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.


14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
