Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Blueprint is committed to delivering your website on time and to your satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the very limited circumstances under which a refund may be available.



2. General Policy: No Refunds

As a general rule, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with design after amendment rounds have been used (you may purcahse add-on service for additional amendment rounds)

  • Choosing the wrong package or options

  • Any reason not explicitly stated below



3. The Only Refund Scenario: Missed Deadline (Our Fault)

A refund is available only in the following specific scenario:

We miss the promised delivery deadline Your site is not delivered within the agreed working days
The delay is caused by our side The delay is not caused by any client-related issue
No valid reason for delay The delay is not caused by technical complications or client requests


What DOES NOT Count as “Our Fault”

The following are not considered our fault, and no refund will be issued: 

Exclusion Reason
Client waiting time Time spent waiting for content, approvals, or amendment feedback
Client special requests Any additional requests beyond the original scope
Technical complications Unforeseen technical issues (server problems, plugin conflicts, software bugs, etc.)
Public holidays or weekends Delivery days are calculated as working days only
Force majeure Events beyond our control (internet outages, natural disasters, etc.)


4. Refund Amount: 30%

If a refund is approved under Section 3 above, the refund amount is:

Starter Blueprint 30% of the price paid (RM1,139.70 at standard pricing / RM776.40 at early adopter)
Growth Blueprint 30% of the price paid (RM2,186.40 at standard pricing / RM1,559.70 at early adopter)

Refunds are not available for any other amount or scenario.



5. How Refunds Are Processed

If you believe a refund is warranted:

  1. Open a ticket in our support portal

  2. Provide your order number and evidence of the missed deadline

  3. Our team will investigate within 3 business days

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.



6. What You Still Receive

Even if a refund is issued under this policy:

  • You retain the completed website work delivered up to that point

  • You are not required to return or delete any delivered work



7. No Chargebacks

By placing an order with Blueprint, you agree not to initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us through our support portal.

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in:

  • Suspension of your project

  • Legal action to recover fees

  • Reporting to credit reporting agencies



8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless the specific condition in Section 3 applies.

If you choose to cancel:

  • Work in progress will stop immediately

  • No further work will be performed

  • No refund will be issued
